July 16, Saturday, São José dos Campos will host a great festival for lovers of Gothic and Symphonic Metal. The event will be held at the traditional Hocus Pocus, which has hosted concerts by bands such as Napalm Death, The Casualties, Krisiun, Ratos de Porão, among many others and will bring together this Saturday, 2 of the main Brazilian Symphonic Metal bands today, BrightStorm and Revengin. Completing the event will be a super tribute to Evanescence, which will be performed by vocalist Naimi Stephanie (BrightStorm) and other great musicians from the region.
BrightStorm brings in this show a repertoire including their newest hits "My Mind" and "To Follow My Heart", as well as classics from the album "Through The Gates" and the EP "Past in Flames" and some news. The band that is about to release its new album, still without a release date, promises to stir the audience with its heavy music that is at the same time dancing and full of energy.
Revengin arrives for the first time in São José dos Campos. They will perform their last show before the band's long-awaited performance at Rock in Rio, on September 2nd, alongside bands such as Iron Maiden, Gojira, Dream Theater, Sepultura, among others. The quintet is in the studio finishing the recordings of their new album, which should be released later this year and will bring songs from their first album "Cymatics" and their latest EP "Inner Dark".
